Focusing: vind emotionele blokkades en los ze op

Dr Eugene Gendlin analyseerde de opnames van 5000 therapiesessies om uit te vinden wat nu eigenlijk wel en niet voor verbetering zorgde in de staat van de cliënt. Hij ontdekte dat het niet de therapeut was en ook niet de therapie want bij dezelfde therapeut en therapie waren er mensen die verbeterden en andere niet. Het was dus iets wat de cliënten die beter werden zelf intuïtief of instinctief deden... Hij vond dat sommige mensen spontaan geblokkeerde energie los lieten en dat DAT de sleutel was tot blijvende verbetering. Daarna onderzocht hij of dat te leren was door de cliënten die dat niet spontaan deden. het antwoord is JA. Kijk naar deze 3 video's als je meer wilt weten:
